Meet Our Team
 Tom Hilbing
Joining the firm in 1967 as an apprentice bodyman and painter, Tom rapidly worked his way up to estimator and manager. Since 1972, Tom has been at the helm of Hilbing Autobody, guiding the business through vast changes in the automotive repair industry. He has taken countless training and educational courses and received his degree as an Accredited Automotive Manager through ASA, which involved 120 credit hours of education and training. Tom has seen our business flourish by staying focussed on a simple philosophy: "Give the customer our very best effort and a professional job every time."
Marcia Hilbing
Marcia handles Customer Service and has been Tom's chief
supporter since 1970. Marcia joined the Hilbing Autobody team in 1972 as bookkeeper. She has held a part-time position in some area of the business ever since. When not working, she raised 4 sons, a full-time position in itself.
Tim Eling
At age 17, Tim joined Hilbing Autobody in 1979. Tim has been an integral part of our business ever since, and has done just about everything! Today, he serves as our General Manager, possessing knowledge of every aspect of our business. He also has extensive training in the automotive repair field. Active in our industry, Tim served as Vice-President of our local Automotive Service Association. He also writes estimates and assists in the management of Hilbing Truck and Equipment.
Craig Hilbing
Craig grew up in the autobody business and has worked in virtually every aspect of the field. Craig came to work for the company full time after serving three years in the Army. Today he is our Shop Manager, writes estimates, and specializes in production and customer service.
Chad Hilbing
Another member of the Hilbing family, Chad also grew up in the autobody business. Today, Chad serves as Production Manager and makes sure that our parts, paint, supplies, and materials inventory are maintained to ensure the most efficient service possible. Chad also writes estimates.
Gay Sullivan
Gay is the Business Manager at Hilbing Autobody. The timely flow of paperwork in our business is critical. Gay handles all accounting functions from customer billing to payroll and taxes. Her great organizational skills make the office run smoothly and efficiently.
Kim Griggs
Kim is the newest member of our team, joining us in March 2000. Her enthusiasm and friendly smile made her an easy choice as our receptionist! Kim works closely with our customers and staff to ensure the best possible service.
